Manufacturer Limited Warranty

If a valid warranty claim is made and the battery cannot be repaired:

Years 1-3: The defective battery will be repaired or replaced with a similar product.

Years 4-5: A similar product will be offered at a 40% discount off the then-current listed retail suggested price.

Years 6-8: A similar product will be offered at a 25% discount off the then-current listed retail suggested price.
Novaic Batteries Warranty Repair Process
Step 1: Initiate a Repair Request
Start your warranty repair process by logging into our repair page: https://www.novaicpower.com/pages/warranty-registration. Fill out the necessary information, including the battery serial number and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. Attach any required photos. After submission, your claim will be reviewed. If approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx label to send the product to us for repair. (You are responsible for the return shipping costs for diagnosis and repair.)
Step 2: Return the Battery to Us
Package the battery carefully to ensure protection during shipping. If you need the original packaging and foam, you may request it for a $25 fee.
Prepare your shipment and use the prepaid FedEx label to return the product to us.
Step 3: Repair Process
Upon receiving the battery, our technicians will evaluate it per the warranty terms and perform necessary repairs.
We will keep you updated on the repair status; typical turnaround time is 3-10 days.
Step 4: Return of the Repaired Battery
Once repairs are complete, we will return your battery to you.
You will receive a tracking number via email when the package is shipped. Novaic Batteries covers return shipping costs per the warranty policy.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product to our facility for diagnosis and repair. Novaic Batteries covers return shipping costs for the repaired product.
Warranty Coverage for Battery (LiFePO4)
8-Year Limited Warranty
Novaic Batteries warrants that each Novaic Battery brand (LiFePO4) battery sold by its authorized distributors or dealers is free from manufacturing defects for 8 years from the date of sale ("Warranty Period"), as evidenced by the buyer’s sales receipt.
This limited warranty does not cover any battery under the following conditions:
① Damage caused by inadequate or improper securing or fastening
② Improper installation, use, maintenance, or repair
③ Loose battery terminal connections; connecting more than 4 batteries in series (exceeding 48V)
④ Reverse polarity connection; improper storage conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures above 140°F or below -40°F, fire, water, or storing the battery in a fully discharged state
⑤ Any short circuit caused by accidental or intentional connection of positive and negative terminals
⑥ Damage from impact, accidents, collisions, or drops
⑦ Undercharging/overcharging the battery contrary to the Battery User Manual
⑧ Use with malfunctioning third-party products
⑨ High resistance due to corroded terminals, poor crimping, or insufficient cable size
⑩ Battery failure due to electrical system malfunctions
⑪ Batteries that have been opened, modified, or tampered with in any way
⑫ Use of the battery for applications beyond its designed and intended purpose, including repeated engine starting or drawing amperage exceeding the battery’s rated discharge current
⑬ Batteries not charged for over 1 year (batteries require regular charging to maintain health)
⑭ Batteries used in commercial applications with repeated daily discharge depths exceeding 80%
Novaic Accessories
1-Year Limited Warranty
Novaic Batteries warrants that each accessory component (including chargers, battery monitors, voltage reducers, and all other accessories sold by Novaic Batteries or its authorized distributors/dealers) is free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of sale ("Warranty Period"), as evidenced by the buyer’s sales receipt. All accessory components are eligible for full replacement during this period.
